Since the conclusion of the FAST project, we can no longer support experimental use of FastTCP.
FastTCP is available in ns2 simulator:

David Wei has created a platform that
allows Linux TCP congestoin control implementations to
run in ns2, so all can be compared with flexible
topologies etc:

We have also started FastSoft, Inc. to pursue real-world applications of our research. FastSoft has created an 1U appliance that users can plug-and-play in front of their server/switch, regardless of the hardware, OS, or TCP variants on their servers. It accelerates all TCP connections going through the appliance, and hopefully is painless to use. For more info, see: http://fastsoft.com
