   Formed in a trap
   As if did a crime

  Spring has finally come! You wake up in the morning and gaze at the glistening dew drops on the new green grass that sprouted a few days ago. As you walk down the stairs, you look out the window and admire the dew-drop-painted bud that will turn into a flower in the summer. Walking down the street, you notice the apple tree and long for the crisp clean sweet taste of the ripe red apple you picked last fall. You breathe in the cool spring air, and almost burst with the joy of being alive.

  Night slowly blankets the earth,
   I light a fire in my hearth,
   to emit warmth and shed light.

   People climb into their beds.
   It's finally time to rest their heads,
   and get ready for morning.

   Slowly night will go away,
   Banished by the light of day,
   only to reappear once more.

  I can relax in the shade
   and slowly sip my lemonade
   under the great pine tree.

   In the early morning haze
   out of a window I will gaze
   at the great pine tree.

   A bird must feel truly blessed
   to be able to make a nest
   in the branches of the great pine tree.

   A thousand years old it would have lived to be
   if a storm didn't end its legacy.
   This is the story of the great pine tree.
